Oh just download a picture and use that as your background for your page. Remember its going to cut on the sides to fit. if you know css you can customize your own page. I don't know if the creator set that up for you to do.

What you do is go to youtube or google video. Find the video you want copy the code and paste it into a text box.
You can paste the code into this text box or a discussion feed. For pictures click the picture icon in the text box and either upload it from your computer or another site. and hit add comment and its should work
